Vanessa´s appearance:
Vanessa portrays M.J. Blake, a bio-weapons expert for the FBI, who is thrust into the action when the lethal bio-agent is released in both Chicago and Washington, D.C. Vanessa's role is this movie sort of reminds of her role in Light It Up. She is very knowledgeable and tough.  The role only focuses on her professional life, there is no mention or display of a personal life.

What´s special about this one:

The movie was originally scheduled to air this past January (2001), but for some unknown reason, FOX delayed the broadcast. Without commercials the movie is 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Story:
Vanessa Plays an FBI agent called on the investigate on a terrorist attack on the US. The Saudi Arabians have made up a virus to kill people in the US. Timothy Hutton is Larry Sullivan, and he is called in because his uncle used to work for the marines in the 60's and practically made the virus. Agent M.J. Blake (Vanessa) is sent to a Chicago prison to question a suspect on the virus that hit Chicago. And he attacks her and bites her in the neck. She is infected and then commits suicide. Then Larry and his uncle eventually track down the guy who is behind the whole thing and the US is saved.
